| Kelsey has been dancing for 25 years at various studios in Oakland County. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Art Degree in Dance. She has taken part in various dance performances in the Grand Rapids area before moving back to Rochester Hills. She specializes in the genres of Jazz, Musical Theatre, Acrodance, Lyrical, Contemporary and Ballet. Kelsey has been an instructor with Gone Dancing Studio for eight years, and a part of the competition team for 6. Her choreography has been recognized at various dance competitions over Michigan. She loves working with students of all ages and cannot wait to have a fantastic season! |


| Ms. Kristen started teaching at Gone Dancing Studio in 2012. Ms. Kristen has been dancing 28 years and teaching for 10 years. She started her dancing career at Janice’s Dance Studio and Dancer’s Edge Studio. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and minor in Communications from Oakland University. Ms. Kristen has performed and choreographed for Oakland Dance Theatre. While at Oakland she worked with Eisenhower Dance Ensemble and Dayton Contemporary Dance Company. She was chosen as a Maggie Allesee Summer Scholarship Recipient in 2010 and 2011. She previously danced with Allure Dance Company in St. Clair Shoes, MI. She has performed for Macy’s, Paul Mitchell, Motor City Movement, Grosse Pointe Arts Center, and Oakland University's Got Talent. Ms. Kristen signed with One Source Talent Agency in 2015. She placed 4th overall in the world at the USASF Worlds Dance Competition in Walt Disney World in 2010. She performed in the ARTS Talent Showcase in 2013 in Orlando, FL. Ms. Kristen was an extra for an episode of Dance Moms and featured while auditioning for the show So You Think You Can Dance- Detroit Audition. Previously, she worked as an assistant director and stage manager for CRU Dance Competition. Ms. Kristen is also a middle school English and Social Studies teacher at Arts Academy in the Woods. Ms. Kristen is so excited to share her love of dance with her students. |
| Ms. Stephanie trained recreationally for 15 years and competitively for 5 years in styles including jazz, lyrical, tap, ballet, hip hop, modern, and contemporary. She is both a recreational and competition teacher at Gone Dancing, teaching styles ranging from tap to jazz to ballet. Ms. Stephanie is in her sophomore year of college at Macomb Community College and plans to transfer to Grand Valley State University to major in psychology with a possible minor in studio arts. |
| Ms. Nicole danced at gone dancing for five years, three of those years being on the competition team. She has taught at Gone Dancing Studio for two years and is thrilled this is her first season as a competition teacher! Her favorite styles of dance are jazz and acro! Ms. Nicole trained in gymnastics for 10 years at American Gymnastics before dance which is why tumbling will always have a special place in her heart. She graduated from Chippewa Valley High School in 2017 and currently attends Oakland University where she is pursuing elementary education. |
| Ms. Dianne has been involved with the dance world for well over 20 years and has many years of intensive training in all different genres like Jazz, lyrical, contemporary, ballet, Pom, hip hop, tap, musical theatre and acro. She has been involved with competitive dance for most of her life with 10+ years of all star jazz and Pom training. In her competitive days, Ms. Dianne has earned many group and solo awards including Miss Dance America 2010 at KAR nationals, 1st overall Senior soloist at 2010 KAR, Starquest and Rainbow regional competition also taking home the highest scoring routine of the entire competition with her solo at Rainbow. She has also competed at the USASF Dance Worlds 6 times and holds 3 bronze medals, 3 silver and 1 Gold World Champion title and that’s just to name a few. She also has some amazing professional experience performing with celebrities such as Jessie McCartney, Goo Goo Dolls, Kid Rock, Nickelback, Forever the sickest kids, Jason Derulo, Andy Grammer, Mike Posner, Lil Jon, New Kids On The Block and Brothers Osborne. Her professional dance career also includes over 6 seasons with Allure Dance Company and has worked for the NFL as a Detroit Lions Cheerleader for the past 4 seasons. She was part of their inaugural season where she has had the chance to assist with the teams choreography and technical training. Assisting at the age of 13, Ms. Dianne has well over 15 years of teaching under her belt. She teaches all ages from toddlers to adults, recreational to competitive. She has choreographed many competitive routines that have ranked both regionally and nationally. She has also set choreography for high school and college dance teams. Ms. Dianne is a fun and loving dance instructor that will pull the best out of her students. She can be tough but she knows it will make you stronger in the end. She is now entering her 2nd season teaching at GDS and is so very excited to spend another season with you all! |

| Zach Bez is a Michigan native, growing up studying at a few different studios in the Metro Detroit Area. He received a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts from Western Michigan University with a concentration of Music Theatre Performance. After, He joined the acclaimed Crystal Ensemble of Singers and Dancers on board Crystal Cruises’ Crystal Symphony. He has performed all over the high seas. Some of his favorite credits are Newsies (La Mirada), Chicago (Folsom, CA), and Cabaret (Anchorage, AK Starring Joey McIntyre). He is now living in NYC, traveling to cities all over the United States as Judge/Emcee for CRUDance and United States Tournament of Dance. |


| Ms. Jocelyn joined the Gone Dancing faculty in 2019, where she is one of the recreational and competition teachers. Ms. Jocelyn is also a guest choreographer for the L’anse Creuse- North dance team. She has trained at Dance Expressions for over 10 years in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical/Contemporary and Pom. She is in her ninth year of teaching at Dance Expressions. She teaches the mini to intermediate levels in Pom, Hip Hop, Jazz and Tap. She is also one of their competition company coaches. Ms. Jocelyn continues to further her dance education by attending master dance classes and workshops. She has a high energy that will fully motivate her students! Ms. Jocelyn joined Allure Dance Company in 2011 as an apprentice and then became a full company member in 2012. While with Allure, Ms. Jocelyn performed for Paul Mitchell, Grosse Pointe Arts Center, Motor City Movement, and Motor City Casino. In 2015, Jocelyn was brought on staff at The Civic Ice Arena teaching dance to the St. Clair Shores Figure Skating Club. She truly enjoys sharing her passion for dance with all of her students. |
| Mikala has been dancing for over 20 years and is excited for her first year on the Gone Dancing team! She grew up on the North Shore of Boston and was a member of the Joppa Dance Company for seven years studying in jazz, ballet, tap, pointe modern, contemporary and more. Mikala went on to train with the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, and the Boston Ballet through intensive programs as well jazz training with Eugene Louis Faccuito “Luigi” in New York City. She has performed in various musical theatre productions including Grease with the North Shore Music Theatre Summer Stages and Oliver! With Smolowitz Productions. After relocating to Michigan, Mikala was a member of the Detroit Pistons Entertainment Team from 2016-2019 performing with the Semi-Pro Dance Team and the Power Squad. Most recently Mikala has been a member of the University of Detroit Mercy Dance Team. Mikala is passionate about helping children find a way to express themselves through music and movement and is looking forward to a great year! |
